Our Founder
Noor Uddin has been in the IT industry since 1999 and has been involved in a diversity of roles from desktop support to managing one of the largest help desks as the technical team lead/Shift Leader and Supervisor.
Noor has built a strong process-driven service desk through his experience as a technical team lead/Shift Leader for a world’s largest Oil & Gas Company based service desk and while managing the IT Service Desk and also has managed the world largest Mining company Service Desk in Canada. In aplant environment setup, he completed 4 major projects, including Desktop Recycle Project, Printer Migration Project, Health Center Application, and implementing Security System.
While he was employed as a service desk Team Leader/ Shift Leader and Supervisor Noor was in charge of managing a team of more than 20 technical resources. Noor’s role was to track metrics, SLA’s, and provide and manage complexIT support issues, application support, incident management, event, and problem management processes that were followed to provide an excellent customer experience.
Noor leveraging his excellent leadership & time management skills from his time in the Canadian Forces. Noor’s experience, knowledge, and commitment to IT Services, in broad-spectrum, is coming from supporting diversity in a service-driven environment.
With a Master in Business Administration (IT Major), Multiple Microsoft Certification, HDI Service Desk training, & ITIL V3 certification’s Noor uses industry standards and best practices to provide the best possible service to clients.
